Approximately 52 live roaches observed: 1 live under shelf at fist drive thru window 1 live under back prep sink Approximately 50 live in between paper bags on bottom shelf at first drive thru window. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2023-08-16: Observed 5 live roaches: 1 in trash can at handwash sink in kitchen 1 under slushy machine 1 under reach in cooler across from slushy machine 1 on the wall to left of ice machine 1 live roach on wall at front counter All live roaches killed and discarded. **Admin Complaint** **Corrective Action Taken** - From follow-up inspection 2023-08-17: Observed two live roaches: 1 at baseboard across from front counter and 1 on floor to the left of the fryer in kitchen.
