I went to DQ a little after 2 pm on 2/11/2025. I ordered 4 basket spicy chicken basket, original stack burger and a fish sandwich. I went home ate the burger and two chicken strips. Within 2 hours I was experiencing stomach pain and nausea. By 5:30 pm I was vomiting. This was unfortunate because I ate at the same location the night prior with no issues. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
