Went to a convention downtown. Walked here for lunch. Ordered a burrito around 1:30 pm on Saturday January 14. Ate burrito around 2:00pm started feeling sick and threw it up around 6. Later that night I had nausea, diarrhea, vomiting; horrible bloating, incredible cramps. Headache started later that evening. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Bloating
