I ate too many dark chocolate cream chocolate Oreos. My stomach bloated, ached, and repeatedly had uncomfortable diarrhea.

I vow to try very hard to leave Oreos alone from now on.

Apparently what my body could handle in my 20’s and early 30’s is no longer savory to my tummy at age of 37. Goodbye to all those yummy childhood memories. Hello salad… 😂 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Bloating, Stomach Pain
