Ordered a Smokey BBQ burger, Burger came out raw and cold. Not only was the burger raw the bacon was too. Threw up 30 minutes after eating have felt sick for 6 hours straight. Bloated, gas, diarrhea. Asked manager why they would serve me a raw burger. Manager responded "We just switched to bigger burger patties, we are used to cooking smash burgers. We have not figured out how to cook the new patties correctly yet". | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Gas

That response from management was highly unacceptable. What do they mean "We still haven't figured out how to cook them correctly?" You're telling me they're hiring people who literally don't know how to cook?? Its not rocket science to cook a burger or bacon at all. They're just negligent. If I were you, sir/ma'am, I suggest you report this to Kansas Health Department. Who knows how many else they got sick or potentially killed with that b.s.?? They gotta go! Wishing a you a full recovery.
