I am trying to eat a healthier diet and tried this bread. Every time I eat it I get stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea, and today I got a migraine. This loaf had no date on the package or the tag but seemed to be ok. It is the second loaf that was received undated. 1 from Walmart in Abilene,TX and 1 from HEB Abilene,TX. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Migraine, Bile
