Inspectors found five dead rodents in a storage room away from the dining area. One rodent was found dead in a trap behind a washer, three were dead on the ground behind a dryer and another was dead in a trap near the ice machine.

The rodent violation itself only constituted a warning from the DBPR, but a broken plumbing system at David's was noted as a repeat violation.
