Undercooked Chicken Illness - Del Taco,

At around 11:00 PM Decemeber, 17th 2015, me and my family stopped at the Camarillo Del Taco location to order some food. I ordered a "Chicken Spicy Jack Quesadilla" and after about 4-5 hours of consuming, I woke up to vomit in my mouth. I ran to the restroom where I spent the next 9 hours vomiting blood, as well as an awful spell of diarrhea. It has currently been 19 hours since I consumed Del Taco, and while although the vomiting has subsided, I still have terrible symptoms of diarrhea, nausea, abdominal cramping, headache, and body cramps and aches. I believe that the chicken in the quesadilla was most likely undercooked. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Body Ache
