On Thursday the 5th I went to Del Taco before I went to work at 2:40pm. I ate three items there & went to work. I clocked in at 3:30pm. At approximately 5pm I started getting stomach cramps, at 8pm I started getting diarrhea and very bad stomach cramps, at 11:45pm I started throwing up. All day Friday I was sick, eventually I went to the hospital & checked in at 12am Saturday in the ER. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
