I ordered a Queso Burrito from the Del Taco on North Academy around 12:00 on Wednesday 3/7. At about 7pm I started to feel very nauseous and had a headache. I went to lay down and around 8pm I vomited. I have had diarrhea since the vomiting started. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
