Ordered chicken nachos from Del Taco around 8pm last night. Felt a little sick afterwards and thought maybe I ate too many jalapeos. This morning woke up violently ill. Unbelievable stomach pain and naseau. I think its food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
