Tuesday 5/2/2017...I ate 2 Classic beef tacos at 6:00pm and was fine. About midnight I began to feel nausea and my stomach started to rumble and make loud noises, so I had to pull over and cancel my next next Uber job. Within seconds I started to sweat and throwing up violently. Thankfully I wasn't far from home, but continued threw the night with water diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting, weakness. The following morning I was dehydrated and ended up sleeping all day. I was so sick I was ready to go to the emergency room. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Stomach Pain, Sweating
