Dec 27 2015 Ordered salad and lettuce was visibly past it's prime. Shortly after eating it I became ill with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. It had been 12 hours and I am still extremely ill. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
