Severe Illness: Chicken Taco - Del Taco,

I became violently sick about 6 hours after eating a chicken taco at this establishment. I vomited and had diarrhea every few minutes and couldn't even keep a sip of water down. It got so bad that I had to go to the hospital at 5 am because I was extremely dehydrated and still puking and experiencing diarrhea. Worst experience I have ever had in my life! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
