Additional information: On January 10th 2024 at 6pm, a family member and I ordered chicken and beef soft tacos and fries. We both began to feel sick within a half hour of eating at the del taco. The symptoms we both experienced included nausea, vomiting, severe stomach cramps, chills, fever and headache. After 2 hours of eating the food we are still feeling ill.. We are uncertain if it was food gone bad that was served to us or contaminated food due to employee negligence. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
