i went to go get chicken soft tacos from Del Taco around 10:30 pm & this morning i woke up to stomah pain and barley made it to the bathroom and threw it up. I then went back to sleep because i still had a stomach ache so I tried to go to the bathroom and i had diarrhea and after i finished i went back and threw up again but this time it was just liquid with a bit of chicken chunks. Then again i went to the bathroom to go dispose and i had enough time to finish and when i got up i got super dizzy and i threw up again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness
