ER Visit After Taco - Del Taco, Hacienda Heights California

The food quality at both restaurants are horrendous. I usually throw the food away when it tastes bad or weird (3 out of 10 times), but this time, it was late and I was very tired after a long work day and had to eat it. I became ill in a few hours and went to the ER the next day due to dehydration. I reported the incident to the branch only to receive a call from the manager for the sole reason of arguing with me and claiming that it was "impossible" that their food made me ill. I reported the incident to a higher up regional manager who was apologetic and claimed she would discuss these matters with the store manager so that they follow all timing procedures and old food discarding protocols. She also insisted she send me a gift card. I have thrown away the gift card. Never eating at this company again. 70% taste success rate is not worth it anyway. has never let me down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dehydration
