Taco Trouble: Severe Symptoms - Del Taco, Walnut California

20259 Valley Boulevard, Walnut, 91789 California, United States

I ate 3 Del Tacos Taco on November 29, 2018 during my break time at work. Didn't eat anything else after that. Woke up the next day at 4am to get ready for work. Didn't feel good for some reason. Was feeling nauseous.

Got to work and I felt like vomiting but still was able to work hopefully it'd go away.
30 mins later I started to get the chills and just threw up. Lost all my energy out of no where. I looked pale so my coworker tells me to go home. I went home and just knocked out.

Woke up 3 hours later , my stomach was cramping up badly and I could not sleep or stay in place. I tried to go to the restroom but nothing has came out. Drank a bit of water but it just makes it worst. Finally, 2 hours later I was able to sleep, idk how I did but I went back to sleep. Than it happened again but with more cramp pains in the stomach and my shoulders. I was basically whining the whole night.
Headache was getting worst. Went to use the restroom and had to go. Sat there for about 30mins cause I couldn't stay still from all these sharp pains I was having.

Finally. My stomach pain went away. But now my shoulder hurts so much now. Feels like my nerves were in so much pain. Could not sleep again. Just hurted me all night. Chest pain was getting to me. Short breaths I could only do. Felt like I was drained out. ! My chest was in pain and it was tighten up. Could not move.

Now today is December 2, 2018
I feel a little better. But still feel aches on my shoulder, chest, and head. Also feel really drained and weak.
Idk if I need another day of rest but it feels like I do. But I need to work and pay bills. This really sucks and no human being should go thru this. It Felt like I was suffering for days. I really wanna sue Del Taco for this !!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Stomach Pain, Chest Pain, Weakness, Muscle Pain, Chills
