Pumpernickel Bread Chemical Smell - Walmart, San Diego California

I ordered online from here some pumpernickle bread and when I made a grilled cheeze sandwhich while I was cooking it I smelled a weird chemical and I thought at first it was from hot wires inside the burner. I ate it and got herrendous diarrea which also smelled like some kind of chemical. The brand name is Delba This happened last night
