In August I ate a salad with chicken for lunch from here and within 2 hours was projectile vomiting and having extreme diarrhea. My husband ended up having to take me to the ER at 10PM because I collapsed when I tried to get up from the bathroom floor. I was there for 4 hours getting IV fluids and meds. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
