6 years ago, Yes. I had blurry vision, halos around lights, I ended up in hospital with seizures and convulsions that lasted over a week. Delsym DM has been known to have too high of concentrations of dextromethorphine in its bottles. What happened to me would have killed a small child. I had two spoonfuls of their cough syrup and ended up at the emergency room not able to feel my face and slurring my words and seizing in my neck and extremities.
