In-flight Food Poisoning - Delta Airlines, Atlanta Georgia

On the DL633 flight from Atlanta to Quito around 5:30 in the afternoon they serve us a chicken sandwich with salad. At 11 o'clock at night I started to feel sick, I thought it was the tiredness of an uncomfortable trip by the way. Later I had severe diarrhea, nausea and pain all over my body.
Today, August 24, I am going to the hospital to be seen, I don't even want to think if this happened to us in the US.
