Salmonella at Airport Lounge - Airports, Detroit Michigan

I ate dinner there I traveled every month this is my first time getting this infection. Went to eat at delta lounge Detroit Friday night I was very sick and I have salmonella no one in my family when I left California was sick. No one in New Jersey was sick. It was just me that is sick so I am assuming I got it from the Delta lounge in Detroit | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
