Thursday February 5th Likely lettuce on burger as the burger appeared to be cooked thoroughly Cooks were eating food while working on the line. I was sitting at the bar area and could see a worker putting food in his mouth and chewing (not gum) as he was preparing the food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
