This was the only meal I didn't eat with others as I was traveling alone. I had a burger with lettuce. The line cook was visibly eating while preparing food on the line. I think one cook was named Jose and this was not the one I could see in the window. I am concerned the lettuce may have had E. Coli or other food borne illness from the line cook eating. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
