Suspected source: Denny's ultimate omelette
Onset: Less than 4 hours

Additional information: Ate there Thursday evening. Got an ultimate omelette. Got home started feeling queasy, and stomach pain. Later that night I woke up being choked by vomit. Finally got it out, and have had a fever, and diarrhea since. It is now Saturday and I'm still giving it back out both ends. Muscle aches and pains, and I feel like it burned my stomach lining. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Muscle Pain
