I got two sandwiches from Marshall Arby's and after a few hours I had diarrhea and was vomiting all at the same time for the whole night. I couldn't sleep or even hold down water. I'm still dealing with all the discomfort and vomiting the next day. Ordered the cheeseburger with the fried cheese patty in it. The cheese patty was mostly breading, so I was underwhelmed by the sandwich, but the meat was really dry and tasted funny. I ate half of it and threw the rest away. About 4 hours later I was sick, and spent the next 2 days in bed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
