I got two sandwiches from Marshall Arby's and after a few hours I had diarrhea and was vomiting all at the same time for the whole night. I couldn't sleep or even hold down water. I'm still dealing with all the discomfort and vomiting the next day. Let's just say, I will never eat Arby's again | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
