Went to Denny's around 11 am and the first thing I get was a chocolate shake drank about half of it was my stomach started hurting thought I was just hungry but no it just got worst and worst went home and the minute I laid down I throw up all of the food and kept throwing up even though I had nothing in my system and Extreme stomach pain from 1-10 my stomach hurted about a 7 | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
