Undercooked Broccoli Illness - Detwiler's Farm Market, Sarasota Florida

2 years ago reported by user-mctb9866 business

Detwiler's Farm Market, Clark Road, Sarasota, FL, USA

2881 Clark Road, Sarasota, 34231 Florida, United States

Bought a load of Broccoli ... washed it thoroughly and then rinsed it again a second time. It was the only food I ate so clearly it was the broccoli. I cooked it in my new airfryer and very possible I under cooked it as I didnt want soggy broccoli. First few hours I felt bloated and feeling weak. I went to bed early - not feeling well - and sleeped 4 hours. Got up had a small drink of water. Went back to bed and then at 5AM woke up and barely made it to the bathroom where I had wave after wave of vomit. Then went back to bed - and at 6am woke up - and vomited again (some more waves). At 7am I noticed there was sweat pouring from my forehead down my face and I went to the bathroom again - and vomited some more. Then went back to bed - woke up around 3pm - feeling a lot better. So it was about 24 hours - but now feeling much better and have an appetite - and was able to eat a sleeve of ritz crackers.
This was bought on Thursday, March 30th - and the product looked fresh and healthy. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Bloating, Sweating
