Went to DiBella‘s subs on 3/11/24 ate a steak hoagie at 6:30 by 7 o’clock feeling nauseous home by 815 went to vomit in my bathroom passed out hit my head on my tub landed on my tailbone and hit my head on my tub. Ended up in an ambulance ride an hour away to a hospital And now have bills that I’m gonna be faced with all over food poisoning

My husband is reporting same symptoms. We both ate the same sandwich. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
