I know the recall was in November, however, my symptoms began in October, I drink Diet Coke all the time and it was the last thing I would have related it to. I get the most painful attacks, feels very similar to a gallbladder attack, the pain is unbearable, I never know if I’m going to vomit or pass out, the pain radiates to my back as well. I am not sure if this is related, but I have been losing my hair as well. I went to my Gastrointestinal doctor, he has ran tests and he has no idea at this point what is wrong with me. There is inflammation in my stomach and esophagus, my liver enzymes are elevated, along with a few other things, but nothing to explain my symptoms so far. I no longer have a gallbladder, so I know it’s not that, so now I am wondering after reading this, could it be related, now that I think about it, there is a correlation of me drinking soda and getting the painful attacks. Or maybe it just irritates it. But I would like to know.. I shop at Publix in Spring Hill and Walmart in both Spring Hill and Brooksville, Florida.. It would most likely be from Publix in Spring Hill, Fl, however, I do occasionally shop at Walmart in both Spring Hill and Brooksville, Florida. | Symptoms: Gas, Other
