- comments: outer openings not protected. Observed double door entrance door, door #6 and pre-k double side door not rodent proof doors have approximately 1/2 inch opening on the bottom door. Must make doors tight fitting to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed leaking faucet base at the hand washing bowel in the men's employee washroom. Must repair and maintain.
