My boyfriend and I had the exact same meal, the €17 barbecue, and I ended up sick almost immediately after we exited the restaurant. It started with sharp stabbing pain that gradually led to excessive toilet breaks to poo. By the time we got back to the hotel, I was pooping liquid diarrhea every 20 minutes, then 10 minutes and then five minutes.
