Visited Japan recently for a month. Beginning of Jan. 2023 we as the grandparents, our son and DIL and two under 10 y.o. granddaughters had lunch at a Cafe. We ate various items but we shared and we all got sick. I got sick within hours and had to leave the park early, my husband got sick that night, the parents came down with it the next day/night and the children on the third day. The kids were actually the sickest and got treated with antibiotics etc. and were seen by a pediatrician. I had extreme nausea and weakness and dry heave vomiting. Slept for 2 days. Not cool when traveling that far after being kept out for 3 years, and being over 70 y.o. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness
