- comments: found dishes stored improperly in basement prep area, instructed to invert dishes to prevent damage or contamination, and maintain. -

- comments: found torn refrigeration gaskets on multiple refrigeration units throughout basement prep area. Instructed facility to replace all torn gaskets and maintain.

Priority violation #7-42-090 given 2 days to correct, 5/21/20.
