Friday, 9-JUN-23 I ordered a BLT at 7:30PM. After a few bites of the BLT I noticed a funny taste so I discontinued eating the sandwich. I boxed the rest to go thinking maybe it was something else causing my taste. Through the night my stomach began to hurt and the next morning I woke up Saturday 10-JUN-23 rushing to the toilet to vomit followed by diarrhea and horrible cramps throughout the day. I went to medcheck not mentioning my dinner experience and was diagnosed with food poisoning. I confirmed that I did eat at Doc bs and have the other half of the sandwich. I was directed to not eat it, drink plenty of water and take Tylenol for the pain. Sunday 11-JUN-23 I’m still cramping bad and have diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Other, Stomach Pain
