It happened on June 10, 2023, I had bought a box of lucky charms cereal from the regular ones so that the next day my 10-year-old son would have breakfast from them. In the morning he gets up and opens the cereal and prepares to eat. In a few seconds he feels a very strong pain in the lower part of his stomach, the pain was so strong that he cried, the pains were intermittent with diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
