Monday after eating the ice cream bar I started having a sour burp. The same afternoon my stomach started to bloat. Tuesday I was feeling fatigued and Wednesday I began having abdominal pain with an upset stomach. Wednesday night sever nausea started but no vomiting. Still having sever nausea and bloated stomach.
