- comments: noted clutter in the rear storage room. Must make better aisles in rear storage area for easy accessiblility for cleaning around pallets and u-boats. Also for monitoring for pests.

59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: observed previous priority foundation violation (54 outside dumpster not maintain) still not corrected from report 2631610, date 2/23/26. Priority citation issued 7-42-090. Observed outside dumpster overflowing with garbage and debris. Observed lids open and trash on the ground around the dumpster. Instructed to maintain dumpster and area around to prevent harborage and possible food source.
