This is to inform you that I a consistent customer of Domino's Pizza.I am sorry to inform you about the deteriorating quality of the Pizza that is made by the Domino's Kitchen.
I think there is no inspections happening in Domino’s Kitchen, it a very serious Food safety issues which Domino's company and their staff ignoring.
It was the 21st of June 2024, after my office hours I visited the Domino’s pizza shop i have order the pizza and waiting for my order to come.
I was seating at waiting area and in front of me the Domino’s employees preparing the pizza, suddenly my eyes go to the TV, which is exactly over the kitchen where employee cooking the pizza, TV back side is full of dust and that dust with air surly gone in to the pizza.
I informed the Manager, see the dust on the TV and you are making pizza exactly down and its very serious Food safety issues you should clean the dust on TV and then only start making pizza but they ignore my statement and keep cooking the pizza and upon my request they refund my money as i can’t eat those pizzas made under such a dirty and unhinge environment., it may lead to Food Poisoning, Diarrhoea and nausea.
My friend visited the same Domino's Pizza shop today and he also observed the same dust on the TV there is no action taken by manager or nay other employees, Its playing with people’s health.
I think food safety should be first priority of Domino's Pizza.
I am requesting Domino's Pizza, to take immediate action, please send someone and clean that place as soon as possible, or else i have to complain the government department.
I request Domino's Pizza to conduct the regular food safety audit on a regular basis
