Ordered pizza and wings for delivery, it didn't set very well in my stomach. I woke up the next day and couldn't even keep water down, everything I drank would come right back out within minutes. It's now day 2 and still going on, I can't drink or eat anything without it coming right back out along with stomach cramping. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
