Within hours of consuming their pizza with ham and pineapple, our 9 year old was vomiting explosively and had diarrhea. He also got a stiff neck and dizziness. He spiked a fever. We wonder if it was listeria from the ham on the pizza. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Dizziness
