My 15 yr old purchased a medium Parmesan stuffed crust pizza from this store on Father's Day 2025. She ate 3 slices and put the rest up to save for later. Within 2 hours of eating the pizza, she had explosive vomiting that covered everything around her, including her laptop which ended up being destroyed; she also had painful diarrhea, chills, pale chalky skin, and cramps. This lasted for about an hour and then she fell asleep, weak and fatigued. I complained to the store and to their corporate office but we have yet to receive any kind of refund for the pizza or an apology about her laptop. I have a case ID number and have complained many times but they just give me the runaround. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Fatigue
