First I have contacted customer service twice with no response. I ordered 2 hand tossed bacon and pineapple pizzas on 10/27/2019 at 1030pm and had them delivered. I had 2 pieces before bed. Then at 2am I woke to the most painful stomach/intestinal pain I have ever had, terrible nausea and finally diarrhea. It was terrible. Literally laying on the bathroom floor in pain at 2am. However I’ve ordered numerous times from this location and never had an issue. So I didn’t think it was the pizza. My noon the next day I was still a little shaky but obviously needed to eat so I heated up a piece for lunch. Same thing within a hour of eating. Terrible painful stomach/intestinal pain and diarrhea. Obviously it was the pizza and Dominos refuses to respond to my complaint. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
