Food Safety Report: Domino's Pizza, Grand Avenue, Oakland, CA, USA.

Domino's Pizza, Grand Avenue, Oakland, CA, USA

3360 Grand Avenue, Oakland, 94610 California, United States

I ate it last night and it was a nightmare most of the night, with extreme nausea, fever, did not take temperature, too busy being sick, diahrrea all night, no muscle aches. I suspect it might be partly what they are calling cheese. On the night of July 23, I had emergency room gall bladder removal surgery but the symptoms I had last night were the same minus the gall bladder pain. I like the way the food tastes from Dominos and the workers are nice. I don’t think it was a sanitation issue, but more of a toxic ingredient matter. The workers and managers are great there. Workers first. It’s a corporate ingredient choice if anything. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
