Chicken Alfredo: Stomach Cramps - Domino's Pizza, Vancouver British Columbia

I got delivery, chicken Alfredo. About thirty minutes after I ate I started getting severe stomach cramps- I, being a bit of a hypochondriac, immediately had a panic attack. I'd assumed that was the cause, but then I had diarrhea twice in the span of about an hour (not typical for my panic attacks) and my stomach is still upset. I am not entirely sure that it was the food, but I want to report just in case someone else had similar symptoms or there is cause for concern. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
