large Full House, also replaced ham for chicken but had bits of everything on it, pick & mix! Ate at 02:00 and by 08:00 rolling and doubled over in pain. Servere abdominal pain and cramp front and back! Servere vomiting and headache. None of these outlets wear gloves and come in from delivering and touch the different toppings, that also could not be on top of keeping fresh! | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
