We ordered 4 individual pizzas, my pizza was the chicken bacon ranch. Two of the individual pizzas had chicken on them, and the other person didn’t get sick. That leaves either the bacon or the ranch sauce base as the culprit. I was feeling ill before bed, woke up at 5am with diarrhea and vomited shortly after. I couldn’t sleep after that and all day been having food poisoning symptoms. Aches and chills, fever, exhaustion, burning while urinating, and just generally uncomfortable all day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
