About 2 hours after I ate some of my half of a pizza with pepperoni and pineapple I became il with severe stomach cramps and nausea for about 3 hours. I was the only person to eat the slices with pineapple. I thought it was a fluke and ate some more the next night, and the same thing happened with the addition of major diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
